Lauren Kondic

Lauren joined WorldBridge Partners Chicago NW in 2015, and has over 12 years experience on the operations side of the recruiting world. Lauren brings a strong work ethic, special attention to detail and creativity to significantly sharpen and enhance procedures to make the WBP team successful.

As Search Manager, Lauren works with our Executive Search Consultants and our clients by sourcing and identifying winning candidates for all search projects. She also designs compelling marketing material and maintains WBP’s social media presence and website. Additionally, she manages day-to-day office operations, trains new hires, creates fun team contests, and provides excellent customer service.
